We had a wonderful stay at this hotel right in the center of the city. the location was perfect, with easy access to all the main attractions and a bus stop right nearby. the room was spacious and filled with natural light, providing a comfortable and relaxing atmosphere. the bathroom was clean and well-maintained. the staff were friendly and always ready to assist us with any queries or requests. the breakfast was delicious, with a wide variety of options to choose from. it felt like a home away from home.
Some aspects of the hotel could be improved. the lack of tea and coffee facilities in the room was a disappointment.

The staff was fantastic and helpful, the room was clean and tranquil, breakfast was rich and delicious, great location, complimentary upgrade to a beautiful suite with welcome gifts and note, amazing breakfast with made-to-order omelets and fresh pastries.

Our stay at this hotel was fantastic from beginning to end. The staff were friendly and helpful, making us feel welcome and well taken care of. The location was perfect, right in the center and within walking distance to everything we needed. The room amenities were top-notch, with a comfortable sitting area and all the necessary facilities such as air conditioning and a mini-bar. The service provided by the staff was excellent, with good customer service and attention to detail. We also enjoyed the free toiletries and the am/fm alarm clock provided in the room. we had a great experience here.
This place is highly recommended to all.

the view from the room was amazing and definitely made my stay more enjoyable. the bed was also very comfortable which made for a good night's sleep. the coffee was really good and helped me wake up in the mornings.
Terrible service, dirty bathroom, stale food Unfortunately, there were way more things I didn't like about this hotel. the service was absolutely terrible and the staff seemed very uninterested in helping me at all.

We had a fantastic stay! The hotel facilities were excellent, with a spacious and bright room that had a defined sitting area. The cleanliness was perfect, and the staff were friendly and helpful. The location of the hotel was perfect, right in the center of Tbilisi, within walking distance to most attractions and conveniently located next to the central bus station. The breakfast served was amazing, with a wide variety of delicious options, including freshly made omelets, pancakes, and a great selection of fruits and pastries.
Was all great.
